Welcome to our website and FX-Pro™ Live web Application. If you continue to browse and use this website and FX-Pro™ Live application you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern FX-Pro's relationship with you in relation to this website.

The term FX-Pro a Product of FX-Pro Software Solutions (Pty) Ltd or "us" or "we" refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is 1 Woodmead Drive, Building 8 Woodmead Estate, Woodmead, South Africa. Our company registration number is 2008/023993/07 South Africa. The term "you" refers to the user or viewer of our website.

The use of this website is subject to the following terms of use:

    The use of this FX-Pro™ Live web application is subject to the following terms of use:

You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.
  • You acknowledge that the operation of the FX-Pro™ Live web software is entirely your own responsibility and we cannot be held liable for incorrect data processed/captured using FX-Pro™ Live web software. FX-Pro™ Live is for the purpose of assisting you with your day-to-day dealings with foreign exchange transactions and procedures. Not using the system correctly will result in FX-Pro™ Live being ineffective to you and the data not being represented correctly. You will accept sole responsibility for this.
  • We use reliable Internet Service Providers to host and store the databases – these ISP’s have reasonable measures in place for back and recovery of data. We accept no responsibility, guarantee or warrantee should information go missing or lost.
  • As market conditions change or differ from when original work was carried out, it will be necessary for us, from time to time, to carry out upgrades and improvements in order to keep FX-Pro™ Live up to date. This will be done without notification to you.
  • FX-Pro™ Live has been extensively tested and is deemed to be correct. However due to the complexities of the foreign exchange markets and procedures there might be unforeseen errors that arise. Should any error occur we should be notified immediately at support@fx-pro.co.za. It is then our responsibility to ensure a timeous response and solution to the error, if need be.
  • FX-Pro™ Live is a generic web application and any amendments or enhancements are done solely at our discretion with all our customers in mind. We do appreciate and take any suggestion seriously and will investigate these with enthusiasm.

    • Price and Payment

    All new registrations of FX-Pro™ Live are treated on a 30 day trial basis with no obligation to purchase a licence. Should you decide that FX-Pro™ Live software is what you require and you purchase a monthly licence the following will be applicable:

  • All payments to be made in terms of this agreement shall be made by the you to us as follows:
  • Payment via credit card monthly
  • Online form application
  • Payment via monthly debit order (for South African bank accounts only)
  • Online form is to be downloaded, completed, and faxed to us on (SA) 086 505 7399.
  • All data collected is treated with care and kept private.
  • There are no proportionate calculations of fees. If you decide to use FX-Pro™ Live you debit order instruction will take place that first working day of the following month after you give instructions to purchase the licence. The software will be made available immediately to you.
  • Should any payment debit order be rejected for any reason, FX-Pro™ Live services will be immediately suspended. A fee of R100 will be payable upfront should you wish to continue to use FX-Pro™ Live.
  • There are no term contracts, amounts are payable monthly in advance. The payments are done on the first working day of each month (including Saturdays).
  • Should you decide to cancel the service with us, at least 5 working days must be given before the debit order is made, else the payment will go off and there will be no refund for that payment.
  • There are no refunds of payments, unless there were any erroneous debit orders processed outside of this agreement.
  • The fees payable shall escalate annually, at our discretion. These increases will escalate by an average increase in the CPI rate for the previous calendar year. This will be communicated at least 45 days prior to you, via email.
  • It is important that your contact details are regularly kept up to date in order to receive such communications. We accept no responsibility no non-receipt of email for any reasons.
  • All the fees payable by you in terms of this agreement shall be paid in full without deduction or demand, free of exchange, to us as its Domicilium on or before due date, and you shall not be entitled to withhold any part of such payment or to make anything but the full payment due to us in terms of this agreement.
